RIBBON CUTTING FOR DISTINCTIVELY HOME IN BATTLE GROUND VILLAGE TO BE HELD ON MAY 17th   


Battle Ground, Wash., May 3rd, 2013—The Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce will be doing a ribbon cutting on Friday, May 17th at 3:00pm at Distinctively Home in Battle Ground Village to celebrate the opening in their new location. The new address is 1417 Rasmussen, Suite 101, next to Laurelwood Public House and Brewery. They are moving to a larger location from their current one which was also in the Battle Ground Village.

The celebration event will include appetizers and refreshments, a drawing for a Distinctively Home gift basket, and anyone attending will receive a coupon for $5 off any $25 purchase or more. The shop specializes in home décor, interior design, accents, patio and garden, and unique gifts and will be open until 8pm that evening for after hours shopping.

City officials, Battle Ground Chamber Board members, and general members will be on hand to share in the event, and the public is encouraged to attend.

“We are very excited about this new location and think it will enhance what this shop has to offer in Battle Ground,” said Joanne Vanderhoef, marketing and media specialist for the Battle Ground Village. “We invite everyone to come enjoy the new space and celebrate with us.”
